These are shortlist positions, not contractual specifications. Milk ratio, heat, pH, dosage and packaging can change the finished result.
From garden to powder
Our production base is in Jingshan, Hangzhou. Garden management, leaf preparation and milling establish the starting profile for your sample comparison.

Shaded cultivation supports the green colour and umami profile sought for matcha. Tea resources include estate and partner gardens.

Leaf handling, processing, drying and refinement prepare the material for milling. The photograph shows leaf handling inside a processing facility.

Different milling routes serve different product goals. Powder handling and collection form part of the production workflow shown here.
