Packaging choices

Choose the Format.
Define the Product.

Plan the pack around the serving size, preparation method and sales channel. These format ranges are the starting point; material, print route, fill weight and quantity are reviewed together.

01 / FORMAT

Retail Pouches

30–500 g

Specify the fill weight, pack presentation and artwork stage for your retail product.

02 / FORMAT

Tins & Aluminium Boxes

30–100 g

Share the preferred format, fill weight, label requirements and presentation target.

03 / FORMAT

Sachets & Stick Packs

1–3 g

Define the serving use, unit count, intended application and project volume.

04 / FORMAT

Bulk Cartons

10 kg / 20 kg

State the selected grade, expected volume, destination and required documents.

Pack size is not MOQ. Fill weight describes one package. Order quantity is confirmed separately for the selected grade, packaging and print requirements.

Connect the Pack with the Supply Brief

Include the intended use, fill weight, forecast and destination. A retail pack, a bulk carton and a sample request serve different purposes and need their own quantity and cost review.

If the format or volume is undecided, describe what you know so the remaining inputs can be identified during project review.

Product before packaging

Start with the Right
Matcha Grade.

Compare samples in the preparation your customers will use. Record colour, taste, bitterness, mouthfeel, dispersion and dosage under the same conditions.

Brand & artwork inputs

Bring Your Brand.

What to Include

  • Brand name, logo availability and current artwork version
  • Pack format, fill weight, unit count and expected volume
  • Label copy, languages, intended claims and destination

What to Confirm Together

Use the enquiry message to describe your artwork stage. Arrange file handover and confirm the required format with the team during project review.

Sample to commercial supply

Keep Each Order Stage
Clear from the Start.

Sample evaluation, development or trial needs, the first commercial order and repeat supply can involve different quantities and packaging requirements. State the stage in your brief.

01

Sample Evaluation

Compare suitable grades in the actual preparation. Confirm availability, sample size, charges, documents, courier and dispatch timing for the request.

02

Development or Trial

Describe the trial objective, intended volume and any pack or artwork changes still under review. Confirm the applicable scope and terms separately.

03

First Commercial Order

Review the selected grade, specification, branded pack, quantity, destination and document requirements as one quotation scope.

04

Repeat Supply Planning

Reference the agreed product and pack definition, forecast and any requested changes when discussing the next order.

Commercial terms are confirmed for the quoted scope. This overview does not replace application-specific testing or a grade-specific receiving specification.

Production & document review

Connect the Brand
with the Source.

Our production is rooted in Jingshan, Hangzhou, with international business and export coordination in Shenzhen. Milling, screening, clean production and in-house laboratories form part of the production resources available for review.

BRCGS · ORGANIC PROGRAMMES · ISO 22000

Review current documents for the selected product, operation and destination. A specification, COA, test report and certificate each serve a different purpose; check the named product or lot, holder, site, scope and validity as applicable.

Before You Enquire

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ is confirmed for the grade, packaging, print route and order stage. A 30 g pouch or a 50 g photographed sample does not establish the commercial order minimum.

Are sample size and charges fixed?

Sample availability, size, fees, included documents, courier cost and dispatch timing are confirmed for each request. The photographed samples are examples.

Can I begin before artwork is finished?

Describe the current artwork stage and what is still undecided. Confirm the required brand files, label information, responsibilities and handover with the team during project review.

How long will the project take?

Grade selection, samples, artwork, packaging, quantity and document needs all affect planning. Confirm production and shipment timing for the agreed project scope before setting a launch commitment.
